Why Your Team Doesn’t Need Another Training; They Need a System

September 23, 20252 min read

Over the past few months, I’ve been speaking at conferences, leading workshops, and having some fantastic conversations with HR leaders, business owners, and team leads. And one question keeps coming up: “So, what exactly do you do at Life Force Wellness?”

The truth is, we offer a variety of services that I am proud of. Lunch and Learns, leadership workshops, coaching, consulting, assessments and wellness keynotes. I genuinely love doing lunch and learns and workshops. Every time I speak, I get feedback that the session was helpful, insightful, and engaging.

But I’ll be honest; it’s not always enough. And I think that’s what gets to me the most.

Workshops are great for building awareness and planting seeds. But they rarely lead to lasting change. The team feels inspired for a day or two... and then Monday hits. The inbox is overflowing, meetings pile up, and those good intentions fade fast.

Most training programs fall short because they’re built as a one-time event, not an ongoing process. There’s no follow-up, no personalization, no system to support real behavior change.

And here’s the thing, I’ve seen the difference a system can make. Personally, I’ve worked with coaches for sales, business development, and even when I was starting in health and wellness. Those deeper dives, the structure and support, were game-changers.

That’s why I offer coaching and programs like Optimize 60. Because while Lunch and Learns and workshops are valuable, I wanted to go further. I wanted to provide something that actually creates transformation, not just temporary motivation.

Your team doesn’t need more surface-level content. They need clarity on what success looks like, structure to support their day-to-day work, and accountability that keeps them on track without micromanaging. They need a system that’s flexible enough to work in real life and consistent enough to stick.

Optimize 60 is an eight-week program designed to help individuals build better habits, manage their time and energy more effectively, and regain control over their lives. It’s practical, it’s personalized, and it works.

We cover things like eliminating time-wasters, scheduling around your energy peaks, setting boundaries without guilt, and actually following through on the things that matter most.

What makes it different? There’s built-in accountability, real-time assessments to track stress and balance, and coaching to help turn ideas into action. Plus, it’s totally customizable for teams.

If you’re looking to reduce burnout, improve performance, and create a healthier work culture, don’t just check the training box. Give your team a system that supports them long after the workshop is over.
